Students who are available to attend in-person day classes can also major in any of our undergraduate programs.
*Belmont Abbey College offers online degrees in all U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Washington D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Abbey Online courses are available to prospective students in all U.S. states and territories except for California.
Applicants are required to submit an admission application, plus official transcripts from all previously attended schools, college, and universities.
We offer five start dates to accommodate when you want to begin. We invite candidates to submit their applications at any time. The approximate dates of each session are below. See our academic calendar for specific dates.

To apply to the graduate degrees at Belmont Abbey College, all degrees* require:
- Application for admission.
- Official undergraduate transcripts. Final transcripts reflecting conferral of the undergraduate degree are required prior to enrollment.
- International applicants, or applicants whose first language is not English, must submit official scores for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam with a minimum score of 550 on the PBT OR 79 IBT.
In addition, each program has specific requirements as outlined on each program page.
*The MSN has a separate application guideline that must be followed. Those requirements are outlined here.

College Refund Policy: Graduate programs at Belmont Abbey College do not have a drop/add period. Students have until the first day of school to drop courses for a refund. There is no refund once classes have met.

Courses that have been dropped 24 hours prior to the start date/time will receive a full refund. There is no refund given if the course is dropped less than 24 hours before the start date/time.
